Thank you so much to those who have joined the Top Dog Community so far! The response was much higher than expected and we’re way above target for the first couple of weeks.

A few things that are happening:1. Monthly Workshop - We had our first workshop earlier this week discussing inserts - What’s allowed, not allowed, what’s still working, and how to get your inserts to convert much more than 5%, while staying within Amazon’s TOS.2. Insert Contest - We’re also running a contest inside of the community, whoever comes up/shares the best insert (voted by the community members) gets $500 cash. The only rule is - The insert has to be within Amazon’s TOS.3. Tip Contest - We got another contest running at the same time - Whoever shares the best tip for this month gets $500 cash. We already got a few amazing ones that I’ve never heard before. It’s going to be tight!4. Live Calls - Next week we’ll be allowing everyone in the community to schedule a live call about any topic they want while allowing everyone to come into those calls. This can be a PPC Q&A session, a product research session, team building, systems, mindset, and the list goes on. All of these sessions are recorded and will be shared inside the community. We want to get to a point where we’ll have different discussions running on a daily basis where you could RSVP to anything you want to listen to. We’re also making sure these are all running at different times of the day to accommodate our global community members.5. Accepting everyone - This community is for the entire industry - Amazon sellers, aggregators, employees, agencies, service providers, etc. If you’re serious about selling on Amazon - We want you with us.6. Next month’s workshop & first tool reveal - I will be covering, along with a few guests, everything to do with variations I will also be revealing the first tool for the community (available only for community members), which will show you the revenue on the variation level. You will be able to analyze the best-selling variations from competitors in your niche, as well as know which variations to go after first for new products. Everything you see on the screen below is on the variation level - Most common colors, sizes/quantity, filter by different metrics, etc.

Finally, we’ll also be closing the doors for the community soon… we want to give the proper attention to those who signed up while we’re still in beta.
