Warby Parker

How Warby Parker excels at their customer experience

Hello ,

There are many stories about how Warby Parker excels at their customer experience - Anything from having a zero-friction experience when shopping online or to allowing you to pay $15 to renew your eye prescription without needing to go to your optometrist.

They were one of the first stores to open the option to buy their glasses on Instagram, and allowing you to order multiple glasses to your house to try on, before making the final decision. All at a reasonable cost.

What I like most about Warby Parker, is their unboxing experience. It might seem small, but these are small things any eCommerce owner can implement.

When you open up your eyeglasses case, on the inside of it, the first you see is:

"ππˆπ‚π„ π“πŽ 𝐒𝐄𝐄 π˜πŽπ”"

This is a subtle touch that immediately puts a smile on your face.

As for their "insert", who said the insert has to be a piece of paper?

They're using the microfiber cleaning cloth as their insert, which has their company's story in 100 words:

The point is that every single thing you have on your packaging and every piece of your product is an opportunity to add to your customer's experience.

Do you want to learn how to implement this with your products?
