🏆 Success = Sacrifice 🩸

🏆 Success = Sacrifice 🩸

Hi ,

After working with many 7-figure Amazon sellers for the past five years, I've realized something. Most of them tell me one of the following:

  1. I want to scale my business to 8-figures.

  2. I want to automate my business, so I’m not as involved.

  3. I want to scale my business and then exit.

Any of those three things would mean success to the seller. They have a hard time understanding what they will need to sacrifice to get to that point, especially since they all want it here and now rather than later.

If your goal is to achieve one of the three points above, which is either Scale/Automate/Exit, I want you to consider the following questions:

Why?

Why is it important for you to, let’s say, exit the business? What will you do with the money? What’s the plan for the next 5-10 years? What will you do after the exit? Will you start another brand? If the answer is yes, again, the question is why?

What’s next?

For sellers who consider selling their business, I say: “Only do it if it’s FUM (Fuck You Money), meaning you never have to work again unless you choose to. If you decide to build another brand or start another business, it needs to be something you are passionate about, where money is no longer the end goal.

I’ve met many sellers who fell into a deep depression after selling their business. Some started another brand without knowing why they did. Having an audacious goal, such as an exit, and achieving that goal can make your life feel empty afterward. There must be something else for you at the end of the tunnel. Similar things happened to athletes winning gold at the Olympics, having a big void after reaching a goal they’ve dreamed of since they were little.

The same question is valid not only for an exit but also for the automation and scaling parts. What will you be doing with extra time on your hands? A wrong answer here can be: “I’ll work on more important things.”That can be an answer for a short period, but over a longer period, you should invest time in things that matter to you, such as spending time with family, friends, and hobbies.

For those who don’t know - A hobby is this weird concept where you enjoy doing something without making any money out of it. 🤪

You need to learn how to manage your life while your business is a part of it, instead of letting the business dictate your life.

How?

The “how” becomes feasible only if you have your “why” and know “what’s next” for you at the end of the goal, and that is where I come in. At this point in my life, I want to work with Amazon sellers who are hungry to push themselves by getting things done. I want those with a growth mindset who are always willing to learn and adjust. I currently have 3 spots left for Q3; If you’re looking to Scale/Automate/Exit your business and are currently at 6-7 figures, email me a few details about your business or fill out this short form.

To your success (and sacrifice),

Tomer
