Professional = Boring  Stop trying to be professional with everything you do in your business and start talking to your customers to create engagement. You want to create stories for your customers that they would share with their family and friends. Being professional is the easy way out and just means playing it safe. Not being professional doesn't mean telling jokes and it doesn't mean being any less serious with the functionality of your products. It means being witty, sophisticated, and playful. Putting a smile on the face of your customers when they open your packaging goes a long way - It helps to get that positive review while avoiding a negative one.
