🤑 Is anyone still making money on Amazon? !?️

Two weeks ago I spent a week in Vietnam, speaking at four different events over 5 days. I’ve added some pictures at the bottom of this email.

I was invited to speak by Amazon and World First, also got to spend some more time with Daniel Lai, the co-founder of Scale Insights.

It seems Amazon is pushing hard on getting more Vietnamese sellers on their platform, as well as factories to understand the opportunity of selling on Amazon both in the US and Europe.

MANY products can be sourced from Vietnam. Wooden products, electronics, textiles, etc. Companies such as Apple, Samsung, Lego, Intel, Hasbro, and IKEA - All opened up manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.

I keep hearing more and more sellers failing, mainly on social media or hearing from other sellers their stories.

The truth?

Social media is like the news - It’s mostly negative.

People don’t like to show when they win, as they might seem egotistical, want attention, and no one likes a show-off.

I talk to sellers who win every day, as those are the main people I serve. In Vietnam, I met with a seller who scaled to 8 figures in 3 years. I’ve met another seller who started selling last year and is already at 7 figures.

Amazon is not getting any easier, but Amazon is no longer the only option to make money in eCommerce.

China is not the only country you can source products from.

I better put my money where my mouth is, and this is why I’ve invested 6-figures of my own money on a new brand that I’m launching next month. I’ve shared the entire launch strategy and products in my talks in Vietnam as well as at my recent Top Dog Summit.

This brand has been in the works for over 2 years now. We’re going all in on Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, and even doing a Kickstarter campaign.

This is unlike anything anyone has done before in our industry, as I’ll share everything publicly and this is an actual brand I’m building to get it to 8 figures.

This is not another “case study”, it’s a brand I’m excited about with products that will make the world better. If it fails, it fails, but I’ll give it my all for it to work.

If you’re feeling like there’s no opportunity on Amazon anymore, that all Amazon is doing is raising its fees and TACOS keeps going up, I’m sure you’re not alone. Just know that some are still crushing it out there, they just prefer to keep their head down and get shit done.
