For the past few weeks, my team and I have been working hard on a case study for Angry Orange - One of Thrasio’s most successful brands. On Thursday, at 8 pm Israel / 1 pm EST, I’ll be doing a live webinar showing my recommendations for the brand.

Thrasio did commercials with Snoop Dog, rebranded the packaging, and took the brand from $2.5M to $23.1M, in just 3 years.

Why did we choose to do a case study on such a successful brand?

We’re not getting paid or were asked by Thrasio to do this. My goal is to show that even very successful brands, always have something they can improve and do better.

What did we do as a part of this case study? It’s a similar process to what we do in our Brand Optimization Program:

  1. Analyzing the packaging, functionality, inserts, etc (yes, we actually bought some of their products).

  2. Listings analysis - SEO and images.

  3. Analyzing the performance and the recently launched products.

  4. Recommendations on new product launches and variations for the brand.

The goal?

With any brand we analyze, our goal is to see if and how the brand can 2x-4x in the next 12-24 months.

During the case study I’ll be showing a lot of the things Angry Orange got right, but also some of the things they can do better.
