As you are all well aware, Amazon released new features to handle negative reviews, it’s not really clear what’s allowed and not allowed when using inserts, and delivering a good experience to the customer is more important than ever when the customers can just leave a one-star rating without writing anything.

To keep you in line with those changes I’ve decided to run a live webinar and go over my  6-star experience, with real examples. A strategy that I have developed to generate a 5-star review.

I’ve ordered hundreds of products over the years with a good review percentage (high review rate for every 100 sales), and my goal is to share with you what’s working and what’s not working when it comes to getting 5-star organic reviews, as well as how to handle negative reviews correctly.
