6 Star Experience Workshop Invitation

When it comes to getting 5-star reviews for your products, everyone is talking about the "how-to", instead of the "why-to". All of the blog posts, articles, videos, etc that I've seen on this topic always talk about the different ways you can ask customers for reviews - Using the "ask review button" on Amazon, email, inserts asking for reviews (against TOS), and so on.

That's the wrong approach. Since Amazon introduced the "ask review button", getting reviews is not an issue. The game that's being played now is the 5-star review percentage - How many 5-star reviews are you getting for every 100 sales. After analyzing hundreds of best-selling products, this is one of the defining factors to get ranked on top and dominate your niche. We can all agree that if you could ask for anything, it will be getting 5-star reviews on a consistent basis for your products.

The other thing that the "ask review button" did, is that you can't sell junk products on Amazon anymore. The review rating will quickly drop and your sales will stop. With that being said, selling good products is not enough either.

On top of that, Covid has been around for the past 2 years, customer patience is at an all-time low, and customer expectations, especially when shopping online, are at an all-time high. To get consistent 5-star reviews, you need to exceed those expectations.

In case you want to get 5-star reviews consistently, you need to aim for, what I call, a 6-star experience.

Over the past year, I've done variations of my 6-star experience talk in multiple channels. Anything from webinars, podcasts, and live events. I've always tried to show different aspects of it and to not repeat myself, since it's such a big topic. That talk covers the main 6 points you need to focus on, to get real, 5-star reviews from your customers.
